If two red lines appear, it is recommended to retest the next day, and the retest result shall prevail. 2. If no estrus is observed within 19, 20, 21, 22 days after breeding, the final test period is 23 days after breeding. One red line on the test strip indicates negative, meaning not pregnant, which can avoid delayed diagnosis. Two red lines indicate positive, confirming the pig is pregnant, and should enter gestation management. 3. If a second re-examination is required during the estrus cycle, testing can be performed on days 40-43 after breeding. Note: During the mid-to-late stages of early pig pregnancy, progesterone secretion in the body may decrease, leading to false negatives on the test strip.
