Optimal Usage Date: 

1. According to the changes in progesterone during the sow's estrous cycle, closely observe the sow's behavior on days 19, 20, 21, and 22 after breeding. If signs of estrus are observed, test immediately. One red line on the test strip indicates negative, confirming no pregnancy; breed promptly to avoid false estrus. If two red lines appear, it is recommended to retest the next day, and the retest result shall prevail.

2. If no estrus is observed within 19, 20, 21, 22 days after breeding, the final test period is 23 days after breeding. One red line on the test strip indicates negative, meaning not pregnant, which can avoid delayed diagnosis. Two red lines indicate positive, confirming the pig is pregnant, and should enter gestation management.

3. If a second re-examination is required during the estrus cycle, testing can be performed on days 40-43 after breeding.

Note: During the mid-to-late stages of early pig pregnancy, progesterone secretion in the body may decrease, leading to false negatives on the test strip. For any negative results obtained after the second estrus period, please consider clinical factors and be aware of false negatives.

1. Take pig urine with a container, take out the test card and dropper from the aluminum foil bag, and use the dropper to draw up the urine.

2. Drop 3-4 drops into the circular sample well (S) of the test card. At this time, the urine will slowly move towards the other end of the test strip under the action of siphoning.

3. Observe the results within 10 minutes when one or two red lines appear in the viewing window.
