Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing time, carrier service, and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination, product type, inventory availability, and seasonal demand.
Some veterinary testing products, diagnostic kits, reagents, or temperature-sensitive items may require special handling, additional processing time, or specific shipping arrangements to help maintain product quality during transit.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time depends on the destination country or region, customs clearance, carrier handoff, local delivery conditions, and any special handling requirements for the product. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date unless explicitly stated.
Tracking
Tracking details will be sent after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local handling fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported, received, stored, and used in their destination country or region.
Returns
If you need help with a return, please contact customer support with your order number before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior confirmation or return authorization may not be accepted.
Due to the nature of veterinary testing products, diagnostic kits, reagents, sample collection materials, and related animal health supplies, returns are only accepted under specific conditions to ensure product safety, quality, and reliability.
Return eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- With all seals, labels, manuals, accessories, and original documentation intact
- Not expired or damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Non-returnable items
For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used test kits, reagents, sample collection materials, or diagnostic consumables
- Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging
- Items that have been exposed to biological samples, animals, chemicals, moisture, heat, or improper storage conditions
- Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain products, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Customized, special-order, clearance, or final-sale items
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label, if shipping damage is involved
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Return shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or shipping damage confirmed by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout when possible. Refund processing may take up to 3 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
